Experience & Expertise
Sattler KunststoffWerk in Mühlheim am Main has been compounding, colouring and upcycling customer-specific plastic granulates in three-shift operation since 1965. We use both primary and secondary raw materials.
Sustainability
We are prepared for the challenges ahead: Our RecyclingCompounds consist of at least 90% secondary raw materials. Production is powered by 100% green electricity from Norwegian hydropower and from photovoltaics. This allows you to significantly improve your product related carbon footprint – which is a true monetary benefit: You do not need to purchase additional carbon certificates.

Demanding Applications
Sattler Compounds and RecyclingCompounds are used when it comes to specific requirements – even in small and medium quantities. Applications include visible parts for electrical housings, building technology, switch programmes, lighting technology, household appliances, writing instruments and medical devices.
Innovation
We are constantly developing new Sattler Compounds and RecyclingCompounds with improved properties. This may for example include enhanced colour brilliance, higher strength or more environmentally friendly formulations.
